Preparing for Your Session

Dress in cozy, layered outfits for your sessions, and imagine it’s like getting a warm hug! Your body tends to cool down as you relax, so we’ve got lightweight blankets to keep you snug. Feel free to bring your favorite heavier blanket for that extra touch of coziness. We want you to feel completely at home during your time with us!
To ensure your experience is seamless, please plan to arrive 15 minutes before your session, allowing for a stress-free start.
While we have limited parking, this timeframe ensures everyone gets settled comfortably.
Hydration is key, so start your water intake 24 hours before – your body's ability to heal is remarkable when well-hydrated.
Feel free to bring your own water, and know that we'll have a selection of complimentary filtered water, tea, and coffee ready for you.
Fuel your body with a light snack before indulging in your relaxation journey.
Keep in mind, street shoes and bare feet aren't allowed in the energy room, so don't forget to bring along your favorite pair of comfy socks or slippers.
Sessions are conveniently booked on the hour – one hour for pure relaxation or two hours and beyond to kickstart your body's healing journey.
Step into a serene ambiance with dim lighting, complemented by soothing music or complete darkness with a sleep mask.
We kindly ask you to maintain a quiet atmosphere, stow away electronic devices (including cell phones), and be mindful of scents by avoiding heavy perfumes or oils.

During your EESession

JURNI's Energy Enhancement System is designed to accommodate up to 8 guests, ensuring a collective energy experience. Scalar waves, non-directional and filling the entire room, create a powerful energy field.
Your optimal healing state is reached when fully relaxed, so feel free to indulge in light naps during your session.
Cell phones are tucked away to minimize distractions, and the energy room remains a food-free haven.
For your convenience, use a soft, noise-free bag if you choose to bring blankets and drinks.
Restroom visits are encouraged as needed, and our meticulous cleaning process ensures chairs and blankets are refreshed between sessions.

After your EESession

Feel the rejuvenation as you exit your session – continue to hydrate to flush toxins and enhance your sense of well-being.
Guests often describe profound relaxation and peaceful feelings during and after their EESession, but some may experience temporary detox symptoms.
